How do we do it ?
Step 1
After years of use, this car is ready for the scrap yard.
Step 2
Different types of plastic from the car can be removed and sorted.
Step 3
The plastic is mechanically broken down.
Step 4
Our machines use blades to cut the plastic to small pieces, which are called granules.
Step 5
The granules may move on to injection molding or extrusion companies…
Step 6
…these granules can also be turned into pellets, thus being devoid of any contamination, and they are used in highly demanding technical processes of added value.
